Orders & Account

No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us. Fashion Haven offers a guest checkout option that allows you to make purchases without creating an account. We only collect the information necessary to process your order and deliver your items.

Placing an order at Fashion Haven is simple:

  1. Browse our collections and select the items you wish to purchase
  2. Add your desired items to your shopping cart
  3. Proceed to checkout when ready
  4. Enter your shipping and payment information
  5. Review your order and submit it

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Morocco

All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

You can check the status of your order in two ways:

  1. Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Contacting our customer service team with your order number.

We also send automatic email updates when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is completely free to all cities in Morocco. We believe in providing a hassle-free shopping experience without hidden shipping costs.

Delivery typically takes 24-48 business hours depending on your city. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time. During sale events or holidays, delivery might take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our website or on the courier's website to track your package in real-time.

Currently, we only ship within Morocco. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
  3. Specify the new size or color you want
  4. We will guide you on how to return the original item
  5. Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Once approved, we process refunds within 3-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

If you're returning an item due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Product Information

We provide detailed size guides for all our products. You can find our comprehensive size guide here. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them with our size chart before making a purchase.

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and resolution. There might be slight variations between the actual product and how it appears on your device.

Each product comes with specific care instructions on its tag. Generally, we recommend:

  • Always check the care label before washing
  • Wash similar colors together
  • Use mild detergents for delicate fabrics
  • Avoid using bleach
  • Hang dry when possible to maintain shape and quality

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. During checkout, you can select the gift wrapping option and add a personalized message. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped with our signature packaging.
